“KOSMET-ROKITA” Sp. z o.o. is a producer of liquid household cleaners, professional cleaning agents used in the food sector and by professional cleaning companies, body care products and utility fluids. Established, documented, implemented and developed integrated quality and environment system compliant with international standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 guarantees that our products fulfill the criteria laid down by our Clients.

The quality of our activities and products is being continuously improved by monitoring and optimization of key corporate processes.

While employing the policy of quality, environment and safety and legality of products we aim at:

• Timely delivery of products meeting the Clients’ requirements, in particular in the scope of legality and safety.

• Enhancing the corporate image as a credible and loyal company.

• Development of infrastructure and work environment.

• Optimization of key processes.

The aforementioned objectives are implemented by:

• Systematic analyses of the market, sales, Clients' needs and evaluation of their satisfaction level.

• Continuous monitoring of product quality parameters.

• Improving staff qualifications as well as quality and environment awareness.

• Care for the natural environment, as well as work health and safety by participation in the "Responsible Care" programme.

• Care for cleanliness and hygiene by implementing the requirements of BRC-Global Standard - Consumer Products.

• Full involvement of the management in accomplishing the quality and environment objectives.

When performing our activities we are committed to minimize the negative environmental impact, prevent pollution, act in compliance with the relevant legislation, regulations and other environment-related requirements. Additionally, we will make every effort to ensure a continued improvement of our environmental activities and take the necessary activities with respect to the following areas:

• quality and volume of effluent generated,

and monitoring:

• energy consumption,

• potable and industrial water consumption.
